STALLHOLDER CONFIRMATION & PAYMENTS
Thank you for supporting our two grammar schools by signing up as a stallholder for the Christmas Fair next weekend. As our 4th Annual Grammar Christmas Fair we hope it grows to be more successful each year. We have the support of the local media which helps bolster our promotion beyond Salisbury City. We are spoiled every year by the festive entertainment provided by the two schools. Together with the added student stalls this year the clientele widens with the family and friends in their following.
ON THE DAY
- YOUR STALLHOLDER NUMBER : https://www.bwspa.org.uk/stallholderpayments
- PARKING - Please print off the carpark permit attached to this email and write your stall name on the paper - show at the gate when entering - Please ONLY ONE CAR PER STALL as space is limited. If you are disabled then please let us know by Friday 22nd November so we can ensure a space is allocated for you. There will be allocated signposted spaces for the following due to heavy equipment etc: Downton Brewery, Music directors (SWGS, BWS), Chris Childs secondhand books, The Bug store. Otherwise please unload via the sports hall foyer (not back door) then move your vehicle to allow others to unload. There should be trolleys to borrow by the foyer to help and helpers.
- LAYOUT - The Stall numbers are on the stallholder link above - however we will be sending out the fair layout the day before so you know where your stall will be set up. The tables (or chairs - if you are bringing your own table) will have a sign on it with your stall name, number and 'tear-off tokens' to be exchanged at the Cafe for a hot drink. A pie/cake will be provided at your stall.
- TABLE DRESSINGS - Please ensure you bring your own table dressings to cover the tables - students included
- DRINKS/WATER REFILLS - Please bring your own bottle/cup so you can refill water at our drinks station behind the 'Welcome Desk' in the Sports Hall Foyer.
- RAFFLE PRIZE - Every year we ask stallholders to contribute to the raffle. These prizes help promote your stall - if you are able to send a photo of your contribution before Wednesday then we thank you and promote you on all our social media. The Raffle is our main fundraising activity for the fair so we hugely appreciate your contributions. Please place these contributions on the raffle table in the sports hall foyer and label it with a business card or name label. Thank you.
- WIFI - We have asked the school for Wifi boosting this year. The Wifi code will be printed on the table sign for your own access - please do not share widely as the more people who use the wifi limits the transaction speed for your devices - so keep this hidden. As a backup we strongly recommend you have a backup - whether this be cash, BACs, Internet payment link or just your mobile data.
- SIXTH FORM ROOM - We have SO MANY stallholders this year we have expanded our area to a much larger area across from the sports hall with more than 10 stalls in there - first point of entry. The secondhand books will be in this area too so there will be a lot of traffic.
